MESA, AZ (3TV / CBS 5) – A newly built community spanning over 3,200 acres has started selling its more than 120 homes.

“Greenpoint At Eastmark” is made up of over 124 lots that house one and two story houses. Eastmark, a planned community, itself was ranked as the second best planned community by “Ranking Arizona” readers.

Landsea Homes says the homes have four open concept floor plans. The square footage ranges from 1,500 to 1,850 with three to four bedrooms plus lofts. REME HALO air purifiers are included and homes have a variety of customization options through the “LiveFlex” packages available upon purchase. The developer says the community includes extensive parks, greenery, and parking paths. Steadfast Farm, a two acre working farm that sells is also part of the community.
