Randall Emmett is selling the house he lived in with his ex-fiancée Lala Kent

Let’s move on – literally. The drama of the disorderly break between Lala Kent and Randall Emmet seems to have died out eventually. the Vanderpump Rules star was relatively quiet after revealing all of her dirty laundry. And Randall hasn’t said much about their breakup at all, giving only one interview on the subject. In it, he said: “The truth is that I always have to look at the big picture, that is, she is the mother of Ocean [Kent Emmett], and I can’t speak ill of the mother of my child. I just can’t do it – no matter what anyone says about me or what she says.

Lala has since cooled it down in the press and it looks like the two are trying to disconnect as much as possible. So Randall’s next step is to sell the house he lived in with Lala. As reported by New York Post, Randall recently listed the home they previously shared for $6.3 million. The 4,276 square foot home is located in Bel-Air, with views of mountains, canyons, and the ocean.

Thanks to the help of Jeff Lewisthe famous creator of Bravo Return Ort renowned, the house is completely renovated. He helped update floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, and hardwood floors. Jeff has also redone their bedrooms and kitchen, which gives the house a light feel. The property also features a large patio for entertaining, a pool and spa, and a newly remodeled pickleball court. One of the listing agents, Sasha Kaplan Pollack gushed from the property, “Bel-Air is one of, if not the best neighborhood in California. Surrounded by great people and breathtaking views. The opportunity is endless.

so called Randall sells to find a larger home for his family. Randall shares two daughters with his ex-wife Ambyr Childer and a year Ocean with Lala. He would be looking in the Westside of Los Angeles. Or he could look for another reason to get more bang for his buck outside of Bel-Air.

Recent news of a lawsuit against the Hollywood producer surfaced in April. He was named in a lawsuit for failing to repay a $287,000 loan on one of his films. Rumors of possible financial problems for Randall also made the rounds after filing court documents to reduce her monthly child support payments to Ambyr. Randall argued he needed to cut payments because he owed the IRS $500,000.
